Blueberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

*ingredients:


°1/2 c butter,

°1 1/2 c sugar

°2 egg

°2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided

°1 teaspoon baking powder

°1/2 teaspoon salt

°1 cup milk

°2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

°6 ounces cream cheese, cubed

+To prepare the crumbs:

°1/4 cup all-purpose flour

°1/4 cup brown sugar

°2 tablespoons cold butter.

* Methods : 


Preheat oven 375. Line a 13″ x 9″ baking plate with aluminum foil & spraying with nonstick cook spray. Sit apart.

In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Combine two cups of flour, baking powder and salt; Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk.

Stir in the blueberries with the remaining flour. Stir blueberries and cream cheese into cream mixture (the mixture will be thick).

Transfer it to the prepared baking dish.To decorate, in a small bowl, mix flour and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted close to the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack
